The entry fees for the 2012 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service will be

$200 per entry in the categories that recognize the achievements of individuals
-
$375 per entry in the categories that recognize the achievements of entire organizations, teams and departments and new products and services
Fees for entries submitted through October 12 will be discounted by $25 per entry. After November 18 a late fee of U.S. $35 per entry per category will be assessed in addition to the entry fee.
A separate fee is required for each category in which an entry is submitted. No refunds will be made after November 18.
