3RD ANNUAL AMERICAN BUSINESS AWARDS ANNOUNCE 2005 WINNERS

Donald J. Trump Receives First-Ever Lifetime Achievement Stevie Award

New York, NY – June 7, 2005 – Goodby Silverstein & Partners, KV Pharmaceuticals, Lehigh Valley Hospital, Nextel Communications, Nuveen Investments, PACCAR Inc, and Toshiba America Business Solutions were among the big winners at the 2005 American Business Awards last night, coming away with multiple Stevie Award trophies.  Complete lists of Stevie Award winners and Finalists in all categories have been published at www.stevieawards.com/aba.

The American Business Awards are the first national, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

Winners of 2005 Stevie Award trophies shared the spotlight with Donald J. Trump, who was presented the first Lifetime Achievement Stevie Award.  Ali Velshi, host of The TurnAround on CNN, hosted the gala ceremony at New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” the coveted awards are designed by the same company that makes the Emmy, Clio, and other major awards.

More than 1,200 nominations were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program, and Best Human Resources Organization.

Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs selected Stevie winners from among the Finalists. Finalists were selected by business professionals nationwide during three months of preliminary judging.

The ceremonies were videocast live on the Internet by HB Group and Speedera Networks.  They were also broadcast on radio, commercial free, by the BusinessTalk Radio Network.
