   For 30 years, Infonet Services Corporation has provided multinational corporations with managed network communications services. Yet considering the company’s rich heritage, Infonet’s fiscal year 2002 was a mixed review. Although EBITDA was down 20%, revenue on core network services increased 9%, and a total of 685 new client contracts were signed.

   Given the complexity of the year’s news, it was imperative to produce a document addressing investors concerns in an honest and straightforward manner - while simultaneously putting the year’s events in context, and demonstrating management’s confidence and vision for the future. The document also demystifies the complex products, services, and distribution channels offered by the Infonet organization.
