To inspire greater teamwork on corporate projects by using the Rahal Letterman Racing team and open wheel racing as a metaphor for teamwork in any and all businesses. The messages apply to teams everywhere.  By studying the success of the team effort, the DVD motivates companies to improve their communication, management skills, and to inspire all to have dreams that are big and obtainable.
