   2. Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

The Irvine Company requested a program to increase sales by inviting new movers to visit their three marquis shopping locations. The creative needed to combine the unique brand of all the centers with a way to entice the recipients to visit.  It was also important to track responses.

A cost-effective “Welcome Kit” included inserts that described each of the centers’ benefits, services and stores. A $10 certificate redeemable at the centers was designed as the mailing panel, with the address visible through a die-cut window of the piece, making it easy to track responses.
