Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

Communications Objectives: Develop a communications campaign that will entice
members of Wachovia Wealth Management's sales teams, footprint-wide, to meet
the sales requirements necessary to attend the annual President's Circle sales
trip in Key West, Florida.

Build anticipation and "paint a picture" of what will be experienced in Key West,
Florida.

Create a catchy tagline that can be used on all communication elements.

Objectives met by: Developing a series of communications including note cards,
a gift with accompanying gift card, flash files, and a printed invitation for the team
to gather to share an authentic Key Lime pie that would be delivered to each team
at a later date. Participants received a form of communication each month for five
consecutive months. The copy created a sensory experience and played on Key
West's southern location in each of the communication elements by applying one
of the five senses to each of the elements and anchoring the piece with the
challenge to "Work Your Way to the Bottom."
