The Catch Me If You Can campaign allowed students to experience forensic accounting – one of the many career paths open to students who study accounting. The campaign was based on two insights: 1) The problem solving needed – and the challenge the profession offers – is the most appealing aspect of a career in accounting; 2) The best way to understand the challenges is through a real-life application. Email invitations and interactive banners were two efforts supporting this campaign. Over 32,000 students responded to this campaign with 13,822 students registering to become sleuths.
